Pheasant Hunting & The Mistletoe Mall

So last weekend it was the Pheasant hunt! and needless to say ryan was excited to take pugsy hunting for the first time, so they got up at the crack of dawn and headed out to his grandpas farm, they had bought their own birds to hunt (which i think defeats the purpose of hunting, dont cha think) and let them loose. they were out in the freezing cold tracking down birds for what felt like ages, im seriously surprised that they didnt all freeze to death. pugsy was determined to get as dirty as possible and im 100% sure that ryan supported that completely. they came home freezing cold and my cute little white cocker spaniel had turned into a brown one....

well anyway while the boys were out hunting, the girls went to the mistletoe mall, which the high school does every year and its really something cute and a fun way to spend time while the boys are out hunting. i had fun looking around at all the different booths they have and all the different gifts you can buy for your friends and family. they also had a similar thing going on at the elementary school called novemberfest, i found a really cute dress there :) 

after the hunt was over we went to grandma frandsens for lunch, and that was  really fun i got to meet part of the family that i hadn't yet and a bunch of ryans cousins as well.  his grandma hermansens birthday was last week as well so we went and had dinner sunday at lishey lou's up in mayfield. it was really a fun packed full weekend and im sure something that we will have fun doing in the years to come.
